Classic Summer Outfits for the Heat of the Season
Happy first day of summer! To celebrate this year’s summer solstice, I decided to come back to blogging after a few week hiatus to share some classic summer outfits for the heat of the season.
Classic summer outfits are fabulous because they are full of wardrobe staples … aka items you can wear on repeat all season long. If you are like me and live in the south (hello my fellow Texans!) I love summer staples because I can start wearing them late spring and continue wearing them into the fall. Some years this means through the end of October!
It’s currently as humid as can be and so steamy you can’t see and drive at the same time. Let’s create some looks that feel and look classically glamorous and posh to adjust the vibe and ring in summer in a fabulous light!

Look 3: Classic Chic Lifeguard Queen
Nothing like a classic summer look to make me want to watch the lifeguard scene from The Sandlot on repeat (IYKYK).
Look 4: The Hottest Babe on the Beach
My obsession with this dress is unmatched. I love how it goes with absolutely everything and has such a great twist on a classic blue and white midi!
