Just like any item in fashion, there are ways to take a trend from daring to … too far. When wearing a tulle midi, make sure it is the focal point of your outfit. Everything around it should complement it, not take away from it. If you do opt to wear one with a pattern (like mine), again, keep it simple. The skirt is a statement on its own. It doesn’t need anything extra to get the attention it deserves.

Yes, you absolutely can wear tulle to work! Keep it simple, a tulle midi without flare mixed in with some neutrals. I styled it here with a beige blazer and a cami, but a bodysuit would be another fabulous way to layer!

For Brunch

The detailing on this skirt is to die for! I paired it with a corset top and some simple, kitten heeled booties, because nobody wants to wear stilettos before nightfall.

For a Fall Photoshoot
