When the seasons turn to cold, one of my favorite things is getting to unpack my box of cozy sweaters. Though some of my sweaters are more trendy, most are investment pieces, and I love being able to style them again and again each year! Today on the blog, I am sharing with you some sweater weather outfit inspo. This includes sweater dresses and more! I’ll show you how I styled my sweater look, and then five additional sweater outfit ideas for you to try out on your own!
What is Sweater Weather?
Sweater weather is considered anything below 60 degrees Fahrenheit! Depending on where you live, sweater weather may only occur a couple months of the year (hello, Texas … I’m looking at you!) or it could last up to five or six!

1 - How I Styled my Midi Sweater Dress
You can never go wrong with a neutral midi sweater dress. I have worn mine to the office, to dinner with the fam, and to brunch with friends just styled different ways (article coming soon)!

2 - Cold Shoulder Sweater Dress
I love the cutout on this otherwise very basic turtleneck sweater dress! It gives it some great character. Wear it by itself to show it off or layer it under a jacket to transform the look!

These earrings are so trendy and fun! If you’re not necessarily a hoop type of girl, these could be a great day-to-day alternative!

3 - Comfy Casual
Such a great casual look! Dress it up a little more by layering a poplin shirt under the zip up and switching the distressed jeans for a more straight-legged pair.

4 - Skirted Sweater
I absolutely j’adore this new style of sweater dress. It creates such a classy, layered look without the bulkiness of actual layering! I have been asked before what sweater to wear with a dress. This look makes it so you don’t have to!

5 - Asymmetric Hem
The asymmetric hem on this sweater gives it just enough of a twist to make it fun (without being too crazy). This is perf for the new-to-fashion adventurist who wants to shake up their wardrobe but doesn’t feel comfortable going all out.
