This outfit screams “classic prep” to me. It is something that can be worn all seasons of the year if layered correctly. Switch out the puff sleeve white top with a turtleneck and add on some over the knee boots to continue wearing the rest of the outfit into the fall.

The green in this scarf adds the perfect subtle hint of color to this otherwise fairly simplistic summer uniform. If you aren’t comfortable with the boldness of the orange sandal, feel free to switch them out. This particular pair also comes in white, nude, and black.

The Perfect Vacay Staples

This feels like the absolute perfect beach vacation outfit! So uniform and chic. I paired it with some staples that can be worn all season. Most of these items follow my < $200 rule (I’m big on following a budget) other than the white shorts. My argument on behalf of these is that they are beautifully structured, and white shorts are a staple that will last you a decade if you take care of them. I also am obsessed with the gold hardware on this particular pair!
