How to Style White Denim for Warm Weather

The weather is changing! Now that Easter has passed, it is time to swap out your all black winter wardrobe for your all white summer one. In today’s article, I’m going to be talking about my favorite ways to style white denim for warm weather!

This article will include four different styles of white denim and how I personally would style them.

4 Trending Styles of White Denim for Warmer Weather (and How I Would Style Them)!

Wide leg denim looks great paired with anything fitted or cropped. They are perfect for looks where you want to create an hourglass figure. Pair them with something tighter or cropped for a maximum effect. I personally would pair them with a bodysuit, or a puff sleeved cropped top (like I did here)! This particular pair runs large, so size down one size for the best fit.

I am loving a good cropped, puff sleeved toplike this one – right now for during the day! Wear it to brunch while in town and to dinner during your next tropical vacay!

Round sunglasses are all the rage this year. I love that these are a little bit different than those I’ve seen elsewhere.

The distressed, straight leg jean – aka a “mom jean” – is effortlessly casual and flattering on almost all body types. If you are pear shaped, sizing up in straight legged denim can allow you to achieve the “baggy” look that is currently trending.

If you are new to the straight leg, “mom jean” trend and want to test out a more affordable pair before committing to the above price point, this pair (linked here!) is under $100 but still from a reliable brand.

A bold printed top will forever be a favorite of mine! This one is perfect for the transition from spring to summer, but also would be great for a trip to the beach. I paired it with a complementing bright – yet solid – crossbody to make the orange in the top really pop! This bag is under $50 and would be a great carry for all of summer.

For accessories, I decided to go with some classics. Round eyed sunglasses, as I mentioned above, are trending for this warm weather season. This particular pair is more “traditional” than the pair above, and has a darker wire frame

I LOVE a good cork wedge, and this pair was an extremely affordable find (under $40). The thickness of the heel will act as a cushion and make it so you can walk in them without your ankles killing you when the day is over.

I LOVE how feminine these shorts are. They are the perfect transition piece from spring to summer. Dress them up with a blouse (like I did here!) and a pair of wedges, or down with a t-shirt and white sneakers.

This bag is sturdy and perfect for transitioning you from work to play. It is made with built-in straps in the back to make traveling a breeze. Plus, the crocodile print is absolutely fabulous.

These shoes are under $40 and – like most of this particular outfit – can be dressed up or down. How perfect are they for warmer weather? I love that they can be worn into the fall without issue. The heel is a great height for daily wear (like the office) or for an event where you’ll be on your feet (like a wedding).

Lastly, these freshwater pearl earrings are to die for and at an amazing price point – under $25! Buy a pair for yourself and then stock up on others to give as gifts throughout the year.

Criss cross denim is SO slimming, and fixes the issue of gapping in the back that we’ve all had for years! Something about this style on a white denim rather than a blue makes me like it even more. It’s discrete, so even if you feel as if you can’t “pull this style off”, a white pair would be a good trial run.

This floral top is absolutely stunning and perfect for warm weather! I love how feminine it is. The sleeves make it practical for spring, but they are so thin that you can still wear the top in a warmer climate as well. The deep V neckline allows for you to layer necklaces, style the top over a lacy nude bralette, or simply wear it solo. There are so many good options.

Rebecca Minkoff has always been a queen in creating wardrobe staples. Her price point guarantees quality without forcing you to splurge on a designer level. This nude bag would go with everything for spring – fall and take you from wedding black tie to football season tailgates flawlessly.

Though they are a little bit pricier, these nude sunglasses are any neutral queen’s dream. Square frames complement heart and oval head shapes the best.
